in 2005, i took a leap of faith and arrived in Toronto with just a few hundred dollars to my name. my dream? to study architecture at one of Toronto's finest design schools. it wasn't an easy journey, but i was determined to make it happen.

to support myself while pursuing my education, i worked tirelessly in the hospitality industry. days turned into nights, and nights turned into early mornings. but amidst the hustle and bustle, something unexpected happened. i discovered a deep passion for the restaurant business—a love affair with food, wine, people, and the magic of creating unforgettable experiences.
